Buffard was not only know for its top quality bandings, but also did a fair amount of trade in other marquetry. Alas, the firm was a victim of the Great Depression and went out of business in the 1930's. But, now available to you one of the few remaining examples. This panel was excised from a circa 1920-30 salesman sampler from the Buffard Freres firm.So bid on these and add a bit of old-world woodworking history to your next project.
