GWAR Alien Head Knocker Hand made by Sleazy P. Martini RARE!. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This is the VERY LAST Alien Head knocker made by Don Drakulich (Sleazy P. Martini). The mold broke right after he was made and Don has stated that he will not be making them again because of how much of a pain it is. No more Aliens or Balsac Head knockers for that matter. Handmade, and painted by Don Drakulich. Over 12 inches Tall.
