Rare Vintage Suburban Split - Second Sterling Silver Stopwatch

For sale today is a rare Suburban stop watch. Although the watch will run when wound and started, it is being sold entirely AS-IS due to its age and lack of service history.
CASE: The sterling silver case is in fairly good shape with no appreciable dents, dings, or scratches and a very nice patina. It is marked sterling silver on the inside of the back, and the dust cover, as well as with a couple of mint marks, but it is not marked with any brand.
DIAL: The paper...-white porcelain dial on this watch is in good shape, but it does have a web of small hairlines fractures at the bottom left hand corner of the dial as shown in the pictures above. The dial is adorned with fine hatchmarks at the edges of the dial for counting even the quarter seconds and a sweep and split second hand to time two things at once. It also flaunts a small subdial at the 12 o'clock position intended to allow one to count the minutes that have elapsed.
MOVEMENT: The movement has no appreciable markings save for a swiss cross, and the number 12405. It will run when the timer is started.
