Apple IIe Card & Y-Cable Mac LC PDS RARE part RETAIL BOX M0444LL/D.
This card has been recapped with high quality tantalum capacitors. All traces have been verified and certain connections resoldered or repaired as needed. I was able to install it into an LC and verify that the application boots up to the Apple IIe screen (see photos). That’s the only testing that was performed.
