Acoustics was developed for the anniversary of SONY and embodied many of the achievements of the worldwide respected Japanese corporation SONY. The top developments accumulated by the company over 50 years have found their application in this system.For this speaker system, a dipole electrostatic medium and high frequency emitter (middle-twitter) and a low-frequency speaker (woofer) with a diameter of 15 cm with electromechanical feedback Motional FeedBack (MFB) were developed and applied. Due to these technologies, the sound turned out airy, expressive and full-blown, with assertive deep bass. This system has become the embodiment of detailed and surround sound.In these speakers BUILT-IN Bi-amping is implemented, i.e. each speaker has a two-channel built-in amplifier (separately for middle-twitter and separately for woofer). And this is one of the feature of the Hi-End class!
These amplifiers use high-quality R-core power transformers from Kitamura Kiden. Each column weighs a little over 8 kg and connected to a network of 120 volts, 60 Hz.
