For those who do not know, when Disney released The Little Mermaid on VHS, a disgruntled employee who worked on the cover art decided to add a spire to the middle of the castle that resembles a phallus shape. It went undetected for about a year during its theatrical release. Shortly after a... story ran about the artwork in mid-1990, the original cover art was replaced.
