Samsung MY-F3 Stereo Cassette AM/FM Radio Walkman mymy 3 VERY RARE. NO RESERVE.
This cassette player is hard to price or reference as I literally cannot find any examples of previous sales anywhere online. I did find that the MyMy was the first portable stereo cassete player that became available in Korea in 1981 and they released subsequent numbered models after this. This is the MyMy 3, model MY-F3. The unit is intact and both the AM/FM Radio and Tape Cassette ar...e tested and working. The battery compartment is clean and the cover is there. Takes 3 "AA" Batteries. The antenna is fully intact and extends and collapses easily. It has a DC 4.5V power input that is not tested. The "Talk Line" Orange Button and built in Mic have not been tested. The radio dial moves up and down as it should. The external small speaker on the back works but it is small so it doesn't produce high volume. The cassette door opens when you click the Stop/Eject button when a tape is inside but you have to gently use your finger if no tape is in there. I assume this is an easy spring type fix but haven't attempted to fix it. Please reference pictures and my description as this is a vintage item and I can't guarantee anything. Just giving a description to the best of my ability. This is a rare item for sure and would make a great addition to someone who collects scarce audio gear or walkmans.
