Cute vintage 1940's ceramic figurine by ELZAC, Gift Art of California. Measures approx. 4.25" tall to the top of his ear. He has some issues. There is a chip on his back and a very tiny one on his foot. Also, there is some paint loss with the most being on his eye as pictured. His Lucite ears show some light scuff marks too. Overall not too bad though.
