RARE Vintage Oscar Mayer Hot Dog High VIII 1995 Winermobile Promotional Car Bank
This auction is for ...very rare Oscar Mayer & Co.Hot Dog High Wienermobile Promotional Bank. These were only given to people who complete their training (graduated) from Hot Dog High. Hot Dog High is a two-week training program only taught once a year in June for all Hotdoggers and held in Madison, Wisconsin to learn the history of Oscar Mayer and their products, be trained in special events planning, and develop critical media training skills to be used on the road. There are only 12 driver spots available every year. So they only give out 12 of these specially marked Hot Dog High cars to the graduates each year! What are the odds that someone would actually give one of these cars up? The Hotdoggers-in-training also practice hands-on driving drills behind the wheel of the Wienermobile. This is no easy feat, considering there are no side or rear view mirrors, forcing drivers to rely on an exterior back-up camera and their partner to help direct the vehicle. Upon graduating from Hot Dog High, Hotdoggers receive the keys to the Wienermobile. There are very few students selected to attend hot dog high after a long multiple stage interview process. Even fewer complete it and get one of these promo car banks upon completion! This came from a Very high end Oscar Mayer collection! VERY RARE ITEM. LOOKS GREAT ON DISPLAY.
