Concinnum was a branch... of The Evans Concinnum and Metal Works of London, England. In 1920, they applied for a U.S. patent under the name Concinnum and showed they had been in business in England since 1885. They stated their primary business was pocket cigarette rolling machines. In a 1922 English business registry they are listed as producing cigarette making machines, pipe bowl scrapers, etc. As of 1922 they were located at Blackfriars House, New Bridge Street, London, EC4. I found no reference to the company after the 1930's. My guess is, since they worked with metal, that they were converted to producing World War II related materials in the late 1930's and did not start back up after the War, at least not as a tobacco related products company. That is, however, just a guess.
