You are bidding on a unique Art Deco 12 pc Dining set. We have owned this set since the 1980's and we were told that it came out of the Mayor's house in Binghamton, NY. The set is in excellent condition; but does have some scratches and stains (as you might expect from a 100 year old piece of furniture). The server does have a 3" blemish - possible a water spot - on the top. The winning bidder will get one table that has had a custom made glass top to protect the wood forever, so the t...op of the actual table is in mint condition. Size of the table is 66.5" long x 46" wide x 30.5" tall....It comes with two leaves that 11" wide each.....one glass table top....... five side chairs and one arm chair.......One Buffet 79.5" Long x 24.5" wide x 46" tall at the highest point, , , , One server 47" long x 19" wide x 42" tall at the highest point.
