Original Description:
A beautiful original large Art Deco Carvacraft Bakelite picture / photograph frame made by Dickinson of Hemel Hempstead c1940. The frame is a beautiful rich amber colour. On the base is the CARVACRAFT stamp. 
The frame is butterscotch phenolic Bakelite (Catalin). It is in very good original condition with one tiny chip on the upside where the glass enters, hardly noticable (indicated with a green circle on picture), but no cracks or repairs. There is one ‘spot’ (red ci...rcle on picture) that I can’t really explain. 
Original glass is missing, I am selling without glass. 
Size Base:10 inch long, 1 15/16 inch wide, 4 3/8 in high25.3 cm long, 4.9 cm wide, 11 cm high
It will fit glass size wide: 5 7/8 - 6 1 inch15-15.5 cm
