Outstanding Rex 5th Avenue Compact Purse set. Includes compact, cigarette case, lipstick and comb all fitting nicely in a beautiful tapestry purse. Beautiful silver plated metal with etched designs and spot for monogram. All intact. Mirror in compact intact with its original puff. Cigarette and lipstick look as if never used. Compact measures 3” by 3” by 1/2 inch thick. Opens and closes as it should. Cigarette measures 3” long by 2” wide by 1/2” thick. Has lovely engine turne...d design and opens/closes as it should. Lipstick is 2” tall by 5/8” across the base. The cover is gold plated and is nice contrast to the silver. Comb also appears unused and measures 4 1/2” long by 1 1/2” wide. The gorgeous tapestry purse has a brown satin liner and is marked “Rex Fifth Avenue” though it is fading. There is some areas of wear to the tapestry work mostly on the flap/snap and lightly on the edges. Very age and place appropriate. Purse measures 6 3/4” long by 3 3/4 inches wide and 7/8 inch thick. Beautiful set !!
