This is Sea Vampire LZ551/G 1945 Original Charles E. Brown Photograph An original photograph taken by well known aviation photographer Charles E. Brown of Sea Vampire LZ551/G. This was the historic occasion when Captain Eric 'Winkle' Brown made the first landing and take off of a jet aircraft aboard an aircraft carrier on the 3rd December 1945.
