AIR CASTLE model 4-136A table AM/SW radio. Beautiful radio sold by Spiegel stores but manufactured by Detrola I think...Has brand new tuning eye tube and that responds great to signal strength..Great original refreshed wood cabinet with no physical problems...Clean chassis ...Replacement speaker/choke and replacement speaker cloth.. Radio has all the electrolytic capacitors replaced with modern high voltage units to withstand higher utility voltages of today..No AC hum...Super round li...ghted dial and glass, original knobs in correct positions, cleaned controls and new polarized AC power cord...External antenna wire antenna and ground connected to the back screws required for great reception.. Great shape...I have been collecting and restoring radio electronics for over 42 years.. Time to sell out a lot of items..Got a lot of nice radios listed so make the trip and take home a collection..Stay tuned.
