COMES WITH  CORD & 1/4" JACK SHOWN IN THE GALLERY PHOTOSGOOD WORKING SET OF ADJUSTABLE HEADPHONES.  
CONDITION:  GOOD WORKING CONDITION.  MODERATE WEAR WITH NO NOTICED CRACKS OR CHIPS ON THE  EAR PIECES.   EARPIECES HAVE FOAM LINER.
