Please note that while this was made in Alaska, Chivly Chup (signs Chupak - ak is for Aaska) was born in Cambodia and moved to Alaska when he was nine. He took to carving before he arrive and did study carving with the local native artists and of cours...e emulated the spirit of the Eskimo art. The details and overall appearance of this sculpture are stunning from any angle. It is 5 1/2" high and 7" wide at the base. The face is carved of another material. the instruments are made of bone with feathers attached Carving made from fossil walrus jawbone that is 800 - 7000 years old.Please see the pictures for condition.
