While Parker may have been started by Alfred Dunhill as a brand to sell the Dunhill failings (seconds). By the late 1950’s Dunhill purchased the Hardcastle factory and grouped both Parker & Hardcastle into a single brand. Production moved to France where the Parkers have been made ever since. -I DO NOT HA...VE A CASE FOR THIS PIPE-GENTLY SMOKED-PICTURES COMPLETE FULL DESCRIPTION*Please read this and the full description. Look at ALL the pictures. Then ask any questions that you may have before bidding on this pipe. All pipes have been in dry storage since my father passed about 8 years ago. He kept them in pretty good condition while enjoying them all. I have no idea if storing them for the last 8 years has had any impact on the overall condition. I have not attempted to clean or refurbish the pipes in any way, since I would not know exactly what to do. I have noticed that the tips on some of the stems have some sort of substance on them.
