You are bidding on an Ashton XX handmade estate pipe, No. 217, made in England, circa 1980’s. The Squat Tomato-shaped pipewas made from Tuscan briar, due to its rich, deep patina after blasting. Ashtonsandblastedpipes are often compared to early Dunhill Shell pipes, whichare highly prized for their deep, craggy sandblasting. The lightly smoked pipe wasreamed, sanitized, waxed, and buffed to near-new condition. The original stem is in beautifulcond...ition. The pipe is ready to smoke and is insuperb condition. Approx.
