I inherited this piece from my British uncle along with other antique and vintage jewelry. The T-bar and the clasps are stamped 9 CT. Every link is stamped 9. Each chain measures 7 inches long. The envelope fob is hallmarked with the Chester assay, 9, 375, and... a cursive L which I believe dates the piece to 1911. It also has the maker's mark initials which appear to be A.E.J. The fob opens. My scales read 20.4 grams for the chain and fob combined. Downsizing and clearing out the house. Please see my other vintage jewelry from this same inheritance.
