ITEM: Chas. M. L...eroy Postcard. In the 1940s and 50s, a Charles Leroy appears in Billboard working for the Peter Kortes sideshow.
FRONT: His drawn image, with wand in one hand and top hat in the other. Skull floats just above the hat. Devil on floor behind him gestures to cards shooting out of a houlette on his table. Lemon on the lower left, with money sticking out of slit in lemon. Tiny text on lower right is that of probably the artist, "Olaf Willford 1921".
BACK: Blank, no writing or printing. Small tap pasted on the back from prior album mount.
DATE: Circa 1921.
SIZE: 3 3/4 by 5 7/8 inches.
COND: Minor use and age marks. All in otherwise very Fine condition. Please view the attached image to see the quality of this fine item.
