So, here I am with a sequel to the MeowStar, the Meow Star Vending Machine!If MeowStar ismy consolation for not actually having a cat, the MeowStar Vending Machine isa straight up fantasy about raising one. Howdoes one actually get a cat anyways? Wouldn’t it be amazing if somesort of cat vending machine existed…?Withthis in mind, countless of cute little creatures started jumping frommy pen right on to the paper and managed to pull me back to the soft, warm cat world.Justlike its predecessor, the style and color of MeowStar Vending Machine isfresh and lovely and the hand-painted Japanese style pictures aresoft and easy on the eye. Unlike the prequel, it has been designedwith two layers of different packaging.SleeveThereis a sleeve on the deck. Meow Star comes in two versions - MeowStar Vending Machine & MeowStar Knitted Sweater.Thefirst version is the MeowStar Vending Machine.It looks just like a snack pack. The front has the words MeowStar incapital letters and VendingMachine writtenright underneath it. The rest of it is dominated by an illustrationof a Strawberries Cream dessert and you can find a cute but realisticingredient list at the back.Thesecond version is called MeowStar Knitted Sweater. GoldFoil is used on the Sleeve and it looks like a warm knitted sweaterin fashionable hues of white, blue and red, just like one a caringgrandma would knit for her beloved pet. And the buttons are made tolook 3D!Thepackage hides secrets, much like a surprise egg hides a toy inside.If you pull on the tip of the ear visible on the outside, you’llpull out the cutest cat. There is a greedy orange cat hiding insideof the snack pack and the sweater became home of a lazy Garfield.Look, they are wrinkling their noses as you pull them out by the ear!Quick, let them crawl back in before they get angry! CardBoxAfterremoving the outside sleeve, you’ll reveal a box in the shape of avending machine, hiding a deck of cards. I deliberately added all thesmall details, just like the coin slot, the button, and the deliveryport. Throughthe front window, you can see many furry cats squeezed all together, waiting to be purchased by the future owners. On the bottom, there isone curious cat peeking out to see who the lucky person will be tobecome its new personal care-taker. Thereis another cat sitting at the back of the machine with a fish on itshead. It looks dazed as it holds a MeowStar coin.Both sides of the box also have some scattered MeowStar coins, which might have fallen out of the vending machine. A truedepiction of my infinite love to these creatures. Ifyou look carefully, you’ll see that the cats, just like people, have their own personality, color, and mood. These creatures of the Meow Star are enveloped in asweet aroma of dessert and make me want to taste them all!NumberCardsThenumber cards showcase details relating to the vending machine.
