Offered is a well preserved multiple item for the specialist trilobite collector; a piece of matrix approx. 7cm X 3.5cm X 1.5cm., preserving one 6mm essentially complete and numerous moulted tergites of the Ptychopariid Lyriaspis sigillum Whitehouse 1939, from the Middle Cambrian, Templeton Regional Stage of Beetle Creek, Mount Isa, Queensland, Australia.The near complete specimen is missing only the librigena, and is crisply preserved and otherwise articulated. There are partial ...specimens on the reverse of the matrix too. No reserve for an essentially complete and well preserved example of this now uncommon Australian species.
