This listing features a three (3) specimen lot of colorful and detailed cut petrified wood originating from three distinct locations! The red, blue, yellow and black face cut specimen originates from Arizona just outside the Petrified Forest! One specimen is picture wood and originates from Saddle Mountain, Washington. The final cut petrified wood shows excellent ring structure with medullary rays extending outward. This specimen shows Oak cellular structure and originates from Stinking Water Pa...ss near Buchanan, Oregon. It is an unusually lighter colored specimen for the location and has been cut at the base perpendicular to the face that allows the specimen to stand up for display. Together, the three petrified wood specimens weigh 2 pounds 9.3 ounces. Individually, the specimens weigh and measure 1.) 1 pound 3.1 ounces, 112mm by 108mm by 35mm 2.) 14.4 ounces, 142mm by 81mm by 30mm 3.) 8.0 ounces, 130mm by 49mm by 25mm. All photographs taken while the wood samples were wet excluding the final two photographs which display the fossil wood while dry. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases as long as the specimens can be packaged in a manner that minimizes the potential for damage.
