You are bidding on my Sharp PC-1500 Pocket Computer that I used as a USAF Navigator from 1983 until approximately 1991. It is in great shape and working order. Comes with a soft case and the installed 8KB Expanded Memory Module (CE-155). It uses 4 AA batteries which are not included. By the way I did remove the batteries before storing this computer in 1991.So here's my story with this computer. My first assignment in the USAF was with the 1st Special Operations Squadron at Clark AB in the Philippines. On my first trip to Tokyo in 1984 I bought this pocket computer and the memory module. In the early 80s navigators did manual flight plans as well as CARPs (Computed Air Release Points) for airdropping personnel and Cargo. One of our Navigators wrote the programs for the PC1500 and most of the Navigators in the squadron used them. This Computer save me many hours of number crunching over the years.Condition: Working Great! Looks darn good considering I used it almost daily for 7 years. Even used it in-flight on the MC-130E Combat Talon. Minor scratches on case but not on display. Photos are of the PC you are bidding on.
