Here we have a group of P4002-1 RAM (MOS 320bit) as used in period vintage microcomputers or for collecting or display purposes these days. These are light grey plastic 16-pin DIP package. They are not dated, but assumed to be around 1975 judging by their grouping.
I have no way to test or check the operation of these so i'm selling as-is untested, all legs are straight and sturdy, the bodies are nice and clean with only a few marks.
Prominent 'i' logo then P4002-1 with... the following marks underneath :K0620H3888K0619
These rams were commonly used for other 4001 microprocesor systems like the MCS4. You will probably know what you are looking at if you are bidding.
