Original Description:
In excellent working order.  
No chips or cracks.  
Clean. 
Has patina.
 Crank and gear are cast iron and turn slowly but  smoothly.  The 4-quart jar has a lid that screws on easily.   A small 1" x 2" screen is missing from the lid, but this doesn't affect its working order.  The wooden paddles are in superb condition.  Forged into the top frame are "Dazey, "  and the signature figure of a... daisy. 

Embossed on the jar is:    DAZEY   32lb
On the jar: 4 QT

AUTHENTIC DAZEY BUTTER CHURN #40, PATENTED 1922 4 QT WORKS WELL Vtg Wood 34lb. Condition is Used.
