VINTAGE WINDMILL MID CENTURY GLOBE Zodiac Horoscope ANIMATED MUSIC BOX TABLE LIGHTER Made in Japan Cool mid-century combined lighter and music box from the Windmill lighter company made in Japan. The piece features a globe on top of a cylindrical base. When the button on the side of the cylindrical base is released the globe revolves and rotates around the base while the music box plays the song "Around the World in 80 Days." The top of the base is embellished with a mottled, abs...tract map-like pattern, and the globe's terrestrial features are rendered in a shiny gold color while the rest is characterized by a softer brass matte-finish. The globe is encircled by a ring that depicts the 12 signs of the zodiac. The globe opens at the center on a hinge to reveal a lighter inside. The lighter can simply be lifted out.
