1907 Illingworth No. 1 Spinning Reel Ancien Moulinet

Here it is; the grandfather of the open faced spinning reel. This is the Illingworth No.1 Version 2 complete with original box, original oiler, original reel tool and a full spool of Illingworth silk line. (also an empty spool).  The second version was the same reel as the first version only now it is marked as The Illingworth Casting Reel patent 9338 1905 and also includes the words "Oil Me Please".  The original box with red felt liner is in top condition.  Strap is in... great shape.  Stitching is tight.  You won't see this at auction very many times.  This is definitely in the top five of collectable spinning reels. Please do not hesitate to ask question or request more pics.  I rarely open reels and probably will not attempt to open this one.
