This listing is for a vintage Japan display table top lighter. The insert is standard chrome plate and made in Japan. The striker works and sparks just needs fluid. It appears to have never been used. It is marked on the underside of the insert “pat 531897” something is written above the pat number but I can’t make it out. The case is a glazed ceramic in green with a blue embossed flower on the front and leaves on the back. It’s is in good condition with one chip to the ceramic... under the insert. It can’t be seen unless the insert is taken out. It measures 3 1/4” tall 1 3/8” wide and 2” long.
