This is a rare made in Occupied Japan peacock lighter. I was told it has never been used or fueled. It has been opened, therefore, the striker will rotate every time. This is another great item from this estate auction. Please look at the picture to verify the condition because it is missing the rotary button decal. Regardless, the lighter will work.
