Description:This elegant pendant is designed as though a single length of gold wire is wrapped into a sumptuous slip knot, accented with a sparkling natural diamond. The slip knot is an ancient symbol that often invokes the fragility of life or the end that we will all meet. All crafted in solid 18k yellow gold, ready to add to a chain or cord of your choosing. About the artist: Passing... on at the at of young age of 42 his designs still remain today. Working for prestigious design houses like Tiffany & Co. and David Webb while his biggest claim to fame was when he began working for Cartier in 1969. Not even a year into his employment there did he design his most famous piece, the Cartier Love Bracelet, and shortly after this piece, he created the “Juste Un Clou” collection, or the iconic Nail Collection. To add to his legacy, he is the only Cartier designer to date allowed to have their signature on his designs for the company.
