This is a Japanese pottery incence case of Shigaraki ware, which was made by a famous potter, Hidekatsu Miki (1949-) about 10 years ago.
A Japanese white raddsh is molded.The signature of the potter is carved on the bottom. The carton box is also included. Japanese incence case is called "Kogo".Kogo is a kind of tea-things, and it is used to put incense into it.
