Vintage Kreiss Angry Santa Psycho Ceramics Christmas Figurine Piggy Money Bank.The sticker has worn off the bottom but I believe this is a Kreiss Psycho Ceramics piece from the 60s-70s. He has some wear to the paint and some chipped paint on his left ear (the ear his beard has slipped off of!) but just chipped and worn paint, no chips in the actual ceramic that I found.
