Original Description:
Presented is a set of twelve, antique white lunch plates with a twelve-sided ruffle and basket weave border featuring very beautifully detailed hand-painted clusters of fruit at their center. These were produced by the highly prestigious KPM in Berlin, Germany in  the late 1800's, or very early 1900's. Each plate is painted with a unique fruit design. No two are alike, and in each case, you will expect to pluck the dewy, ripely colored fruits and berries right off o...f the plate!

Each plate is marked on the underside with the hallmark for KPM, the scepter and the orb and cross, with "KPM" in red letters beneath.

The condition of all twelve plates is superb! Only one even shows evidence that it was used, showing a very small scratch within a painted apple. There are absolutely no cracks, chips or crazing on any of these plates.
