Another big Japanese tin car with the originalbox by Bandai. This beautifully styled VolkswagenBeetle measures approximately 15" long (38.1 cm) by 5.5 ” tall (14 cm) and6" wide (15.2 cm). This is a battery operated bump and go version withelectric headlights, lighted engine compartment with engine sound, and arealistic moving engine mechanism, all of which work just as they should. The bright red color is very nice with only acouple of small abrasions and a small dent in the to...p front of the roof on thepassenger side. The lithographed interioris excellent and adds a nice color variation to the overall presentation. Allof the trim including bumpers, grill, windshield trim and hubcaps are originaland in outstanding condition. Thecelluloid in the windows is original as well. The base plate of the car isoriginal and the battery compartment is exceptional. The rubber tires and the tin hubcaps are likenew. The battery operated bump and go action works, as it should. Theoriginal box includes the original inserts, but does have a couple of weakcorners on the opening end. This issimply a very nice and all original Kingsize Volkswagen.14-Day return privilege.
