Vintage Eloga Automatic Wristwatch - Amida Cal. 458 - For Repair

Gents Eloga automatic wristwatch - 25J - 36mm exc crown.
The rotor arm catches/stops after c. 75% rotation in either direction. I can't determine if it is something externally (sitting proud) that is stopping the arm or whether it is an internal issue. There is nothing visible - no evidence of scratches or marks made by the passing arm so I suspect it is internal.
Amida cal.458 movement is otherwise in excellent, clean condition - balance wheel and hairspring appear fine and are ...functional.
Case is in very good condition - no damage or wear. There is no evidence of plate wear at all, so might be stainless steel, but I think it is polished chrome.
Deep blue dial is in very good condition - no marks, scratches - crisp text. Crystal has a fair few light scratches across the surface and a very fine horizontal crack just above the centre - disappears at certain angles.
