Year and location of manufacture: Japan SEIKO Kameido factory in 1982 Shipping : I usually send the items by EMS from Japan with tracking. It usually takes 5-8 days. If customs inspection take a long time, it will take more time.To out of EMS zone, I send by Air Mail with tracking.
