This stunning all original antique barrister bookcase was made by the Macey Company, Grand Rapids, Michigan in the 1920's. This 5 piece triple bookcase is in excellent condition with no major issues, including breaks, repairs, stains, etc. All of the components appear original, and the glass fronts open and slid back with ease. The side accent metal straps add an Arts & Crafts Mission style to this piece. The top bookcase has the original Macey emblem, # 912, finish 15. The middle ...bookcase # 98, finish 15, and the bottom one # 910. All the pieces fit like a puzzle, and this is a strong sturdy piece of furniture. The curved front top and bottom base is in very good condition as well. I would prefer local pick up on this piece outside Western North Carolina. Will work with buyers choice of their shipping.
