Here for sale we offer a very beautiful Art Pottery Bowl by Florence Barlow. We think one of the other 4 signatures is of her sister Lucy Barlow. The Enamel work, the Border work all of the highest quality & skill. This is a very large bowl measuring 9 1/8 " at the top opening by10 3/4" at the widest part in the middle by 7 1/4" at the base across in dia. The Victorian Bowl measures 5 1/4" tall. There are no chips, cracks nor repairs. Also marked impressed in the clay is the... Doulton Lambeth mark.
The background is a Lovely Orange peel with Fans coming out from the bottom edges towards the top. The enameled flowers are two tone & just look so very real like a pictures. All completely hand done & the finest of British Art Pottery. Made in England in the 19th Century. Must see in person to fully appreciate how beautiful & Outstanding this Bowl is.
