This is a lovely very vintage antique heart shaped French Guilloche enameled compact with powder and blush/ rouge . The compact has a beautifully embossed brass decorative edge and a smooth brass bottom. The lovely guilloche styled enamel is on silver with a beautiful ivory background and a pretty hand painted flower bouquet scene with scalloped edges. Inside there’s a heart shaped powder puff and powder screen on the bottom for you powder and on the top is a circle mirror with the r...ouge pot under it . This is a sweet piece and is in good vintage condition with some signs of wear consistent with age with a small ding by the clasp. The claps works but you have to push it in to open it and close it .. this piece measures 2 1/2 by 2 1/4 inches and is almost 1/2 of a inch thick ..the blush is intact nicely and you can add you own favorite powder if you wanted ...please refer to the pictures and thanks for looking.
