An antique / Qing dynasty traditional Chinese skirt , 19th / early 20th century ? Panels of yellow god silk, woven with a raised geometric shape and swirls design, with narrow binding in pale blue and silvery white, edged with brown silk. Beautiful hand embroidery - exotic flowers, foliage, butterflies and bats ? in rainbow colours, with some of the detail picked out in metallic gold.CONDITIONThe waistband is a synthetic replacement, and a snap fastener has been added.
