Rare Vintage Fish shaped Electronic Butane Lighter. Nice well made metal with a 39 sticker on the bottom.
Just push the top fin down and the flame comes out of the top of the fish. When you let the fin go the flame goes out and the red eyes flash and the mouth flashes green.
