Most of what you find on this style art is mainly Geisha; an up close of a Samurai is far more rare and hard to find! Great Condition. No maker markings. Perfect for a collector or anyone who appreciates asian art. It is 18" x 14 1/2". In a wood shadow box type frame. Some staining on top and bottom in matte of frame and some nicks on frame itself. Frame is old but nice and sturdy. Picture and fabrics inside boxed frame is in excellent condition. This piece came from an estate sale of ...a Navy Veteran that met his bride during the war time in Japan in the early 1940's. She had a great love for her home land and brought what was dear to her here. This was among the collectibles. See pictures for detailed description.
