Vintage Dollhouse Sz 1:12 Tin Metal Kitchen Oven Range Stove C. 1930 - 40 Off White

I was told this stove came from a dollhouse. No other details are known. It is metal, has a one piece door that opens to two shelves - possibly for an oven and warming area. The door has a metal latch that will keep it closed. It has one silver knob missing see photo. The knobs are about the size of one of the silver round head stick pins that come with dress shirt packaging - I think one would work, if glued in place. 4 painted-on black burners on the cook top. Under the cook t...op and knobs is another panel type door that opens and it's edge fits behind the taller oven door keeping it closed (made that way). Metal fold-over tabs hold the stove components secure. It is nice and tight and does not rattle when picked up or slightly shaken.

I can remember seeing a stove or two like this - they were propane/gas operated - when I was a kid (I'm 69 yoa). In fact, there was one very close to this model only green and cream colored in our local Community Fire House kitchen along with a 5-cent push up door Coca Cola Machine, just to give you an idea of the era. My Mom & Dad were members so I was there often and remember it well.
