1915 T105 Zira Cigarettes -STANDARD BEARERS -SIAM *Rare* Group 3 Card. This card is from the very hard to find 3rd tier of rarity from this challenging set to complete. Thicker stock version, as these cards can also be found printed on thin paper stock as well. Lower technical grade but a tough card. The Group 3 cards are very hard to find and many are missing from even the most advanced collections.
The T105 Zira set is a complicated one in that there are 4 tiers or groups of... rarity in this set that make up the 50 cards. Group 1 is the easiest of the bunch, consists of 15 different countries which largely consist of larger world powers (England, France, Germany, China, etc.). Group 2 (or Tier 2) is tougher than Group 1 but still not rare, this group consists of 11 countries including mostly European nations along with Mexico and Cuba. Group 3 (or Tier 3) card are very tough to find and consist of 15 nations that tend to be "lesser" nations and consist of South American, African and Asian Countries along with Canada, Australia, Roumania, etc. The Group 4 (Tier 4) rarities are VERY RARE and are almost always missing from T105 sets, the 9 nations in this group are mostly South American but also others, included in this group are (Argentine Rep., Bolivia, Columbian Rep, Ecuador, Egypt, Hayti, Peru, Salvador, and Venezuela). I cannot stress more the rarity of the last 9 cards.
