Here is a 3" Diameter Penberthy Long Bell Steam Whistle With Built In Valve. The bell measures 3" wide and 9" tall. Overall height is 16 3/4", and it has a 1" threaded connecting inlet. It is in very good overall condition with no dents. It just has a few minor wrench marks on the connecting hex. I did take this whistle apart to lightly clean it inside and out.
