Early 1900s Camel Tender, Rope, with Composition. Camel. German. Beautiful!
Camel Tender... composition, and dipped in plaster, and then hand-painted as you see him. Really wonderful as he is painted in such detail. Love the red turban on top of his hat.
Camel itself is also composition, and finished with a textured paint so that camel appears to have real hide. Wooden feet, with painted hooves. Also string attached to connect to the camel tender.
Tender is 6.00" in size....Camel is 5.25" in size.
Both camel and tender are in very good condition, almost outstanding for its age.
There is nothing wrong with this camel tender and camel. These Christmas items being listed today are in very good shape. They are vintage, not reproductions. I guarantee that. I start all my auctions at .99 cents as it is an auction and I just never cared when I went to live auction and the auctioneer started very high, and then spent time backing down to get a bid.
Just let me know you are multiple bidding and I will invoice you when you are finished bidding and wish for me to send the items. Then, I will combine postage and send to you, and send final invoice. If any questions about this, please email me.
