ANTIQUE CIRCA 1800'S MECHANICAL HAND CRANK BESWAY KNIFE CLEANER UK ENGLISH MADE This auction is for a really cool find...its an original antique mechanical hand crank Besway Knife Cleaner with a clamp for attaching to your table, bench, kitchen countertop, etc.... I checked on google and I believe this dates to around 1860's too 1880's era. I just tested this out and it actually still works and cranks fine as it should and it still retains ...most of its paper label on the side and decal on the front!!! The overall size is approx 8.5" tall and 5" across NOT counting the handle. The label says English Made so it was made in the UK somewhere. This was picked up from a local estate auction where a museum had liquidated some of its assets to make room for new inventory. That is what the numbers are on the bottom.
