You're looking at an vintage/ antique porcelain enamel "Telephone Office" sign. This is a heavy enamel sign and dates to approx the 1930s. It shows mild wear commensurate with age including a some chips around a couple of the mounting holes. That said, this sign is exceptionally clean and both sides present very well.
